Monday 11th October the 40th Macaoimh had their First Aid
Night and with the assitance of our Special Visitor - John
Tyner from the Civil Defence. 16 macaoimh
sucessfully completed their First Aid Merit Badge and were
presented with their badge by John.
As well as learning about Burns, Scalds, the impoartance of Adult Help, Marking a patient comfortable, they also did the practical side of things, including, cleaning & dressing a cut and learning how to put on a sling. |
