We have been informed that a Beaver attending last Monday night is displaying symptoms of swine flu.
Our advice from the HSE is to make you aware of this and to ask you to watch out for symptoms in your child. Any child or adult with cold or flu symptoms should not attend scout activities for a period of 7 days afterwards. More information on swine flu symptoms is available at www.hse.ie |

| The Group Council at its meeting on 8th September discussed the Influenza A (H1N1) virus and are putting gel dispensers in place. In addition the Council have requested that any member displaying symptoms of the flu virus not attend meetings or activities for a period of 7 days, to help prevent the spread of the virus. |
