Mount Melleray - Group Weekend 2004
This year the Group Weekend to Mount Melleray fwas from the 19th to 21st November.  Both the 38th & 40th Macaoimh Caths spent the weekend in Mount Melleray and despite some rain, managed ato get in a night hike, choloclate marshmallows, a hike to the cross, some games, and an attempt to light fires, but only one lit, due to the firewood being very wet. We joined the 2nd & 7th Cork for an indoor campfire after a quiz and a video. 

On Sunday we were joined by the Beavers for our Fair Day.  Some scouts alos came doen to help set up all the bases, and the draw for some great prizes.  After the Fair Day, we had lunch and while the BEavers went for a walk to the Monestry, the Macaoimh packed up to go home.
