National  Cub/Macaoimh 2005
The National Cub/Macaoimh Quiz was held in Phibsboro Scout Den in Dublin this year.  As the 38th Cork won the County Quiz and the 40th Cork came in second place, both sections were eligible to participate,  We travelled by train to Dublin and had lunch before the quiz.  There were loads of teams participating and the hall was packed.  In the end both teams finished joint 12th with a great score. WE raced back to the train station and just nmad etrhe train, but there wer no seats, so we had dinner in the train station and got the next train home.
