Camp Bank

Following a couple of phone calls from parents of scouts it was decided at our recent Group Council meeting to offer a camp bank facility to those scouts attending the Irish Jamboree in Punchestown this year.  This should help parents pay for the event in stages, especially those with a number of scouts attending.

A member of the group council will be in the hall on every Thursday night from 7.15pm to 7.30 pm to collect deposits from scouts . The scout will have a deposit book and the amount will be entered and signed on the night.   I would ask if is at all possible that scouts would try to arrive early on a Thursday so as to avoid the meeting starting late.  We will start on Thursday 14th February.   Declan Hamill, Group Chairman
